The clinic space features 4 rooms, a spacious reception area and a private bathroom. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional. The practice was established in 2002. Currently, it is run by one chiropractor who is seeing patients less than 25 hours per week and billing over $130,000 per year (even during the pandemic!). There is space and the opportunity to add 1 or 2 more chiropractors as well as an RMT, Acupuncturist, Naturopath or other health professional. The patient management system is fully automated and paperless, meaning there really is no need for front desk staff. Most new patients and current practice members book their appointments online, and all required appointment-specific forms and reminders are automatically sent directly to patients. I am happy to provide training, help with transition, and assist the new doctor to semlessly take over the existing patient load. Additionally, I can include coaching for successful marketing strategies to continue generating ample qualified leads. Techniques used in the office include Thompson Terminal Point Technique, Activator Methods, Diversified, and some Network Spinal Analysis and Cranio-Sacral technique. Do not be concerned- a well-delivered chiropractic adjustment is more important than the technique. People are open and flexible regarding the doctor’s choice of adjustment method. The clinic has one Clay Thompson hydraulic drop piece table in excellent condition, one premium massage table and 2 Network Chiropractic tables (also used for Activator Technique). Patients are referred to a neighbourhood x-ray clinic when radiographs are needed – radiographs are accessible within a few hours on the practitioner’s portal. Orthotics are an added source of income as are some other orthopaedic products for patients.
