Leading and mentoring a team at my clients busy Temple Quay clinic in Bristol. The clinic provides a huge range of services including Private GP, Travel Clinic, Physiotherapy and Chiropractic. The main techniques used are Diversified and SOT, other techniques may be considered.
Our facilities include a huge rehabilitation gym, ECG for heart scans and a 3D movement analysis scanner for more accurate diagnosis of joint and muscle problems.
Main responsibilities of Principle Chiropractor
- Responsibility for building and maintaining your own patient base and working towards your KPIs.
- Responsibility for your in-house team of chiropractors including the Senior and Junior chiropractors, overseeing their welfare, progression, and ensuring they meet their KPIs.
- To work professionally within your in-house clinical team to provide excellent customer service and facilitate positive team camaraderie.
- To be a pro-active and effective member of The Medical team, reporting to your Regional Lead and the Director of Chiropractic.
Treatment
Provide excellent patient care and treatment to our patients
- Treatment of private and PMI patients
- Treatment and administration of medico-legal patients
- Manage the patient base in accordance with the standards of The Medical’s clinical quality team
The role
- Full time: 40 hours per week
- Self employed or employed positions available
- Fantastic base salary - 40k with ability to increase generously on annual reviews.
- Generous commission structure on top of base salary
Requirments
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Confident taking over patients base as well as building
- Natural leader
- Experience mentoring and managing (preferred)
- Completely competent in Diversified
- SOT experience (preferred)
- Able to work alongside other health care professionals
