About the Practice:
We're looking for an enthuastiatic and motivated Clinic Director to join our busy (yet fun) clinic in Tampa. The clinic currently has two associate, massage therapists and an awesome CA tean. This privately owned clinic is looking to take on an entrepreneurial Chiropractor to help: operate, manage and run the clinic.
This clinic aims to provide a luxurious feel to patient with top equipment, including - X-ray and a 3D Body scanner; as well as offering supplements and nutritional advice.
The practice is 1 year old and aims to renovate at least every 5 years, to maintain a welcoming, and professional environment with a luxurious feel.
Our practice has a reception area, consultation room, management room, massage room and open plan adjusting area.
About You
The ideal candidate will be motivated, hard working, fun and patient centred! Relationship building and communication skills are a must. You must be able to manage and motivate your team while also having fun. The role requires meeting with attorneys, delivering patient talks and managing a team. The right candidate will have prospects and the option to open a second clinic in the future.
We're looking for a high volume corrective to wellness doctor. We are manual adjusters who adjust the full spine. We're open to techniques such as: CBP, diversified, Thompson, Gonstead and Activator.
Aside from the technical stuff, we like to have fun at work and we hope you do too.
