We are a friendly, caring and rapidly growing Chiropractic clinic in Northamptonshire and we are looking for an experienced Associate Chiropractor to join our team and help meet the ever increasing patient demand in this area.
About us
Wellbeing Chiropractic Health Centre is a thriving, family-run clinic, located on Harborough Road in Kingsthorpe, Northampton. We have been offering Chiropractic care since 2013. Wellbeing Chiropractic originally moved to Northampton in 2016, and due to continued growth, we relocated to our brand new, larger premises on in Kingsthorpe in March 2024.
We offer a modern, integrated approach with access to the latest technology available:
- In-house Digital X-ray facility (DACBR radiology reports available within 24–48 hrs)
- IDD Spinal Decompression Therapy Machine - we are the only clinic in Northampton offering this service
- Class 4 Laser Lightforce Laser Therapy
- Full-body Red Light Therapy
The Team
- 2 x Chiropractors (Clinic owners)
- 3 x experienced Clinic Assistants & 1 x Admin Assistant
- We value a warm, professional environment that focuses on patient-centred care.
The Role
- Self-employed, flexible hours (Mon–Sat) shifts/days can be negotiated.
- Build your own patient base on days that suit your schedule.
- Work independently with CA support
- Use Diversified, Gonstead, Syntropy & SOT techniques
- Appointment times:
> New Patient Day 1 & 2 appointments (15–20 mins each),
> Follow up Adjustment session (5–10 mins)
- You will also be trained to use IDD Spinal Decompression Therapy & Class 4 Laser, additional training can be arranged for Digital X-Ray if required.
- Support clinic promotions in the local community
Requirements:
- You must be a qualified Chiropractor with a minimum 3 years experience, and be registered with the GCC (General Chiropractic Council)
- Must be skilled and competent at Diversified adjusting
- You will need to be Independent, communicative, and professional
- Comfortable in a busy team environment
- X-ray experience is a bonus, but not essential (we can train you)
Compensation
- Percentage-based earnings: (example)
- Chiropractic (5-10mins) = 50% (Eg: £50 per session = £25 compensation paid to Chiropractor)
- IDD Spinal Decompression Therapy = £20 paid per session (10–15 mins)
- Laser Therapy = £10 paid per session (approx. 5 mins)
- Full clinic facilities & admin support included
- Rooms are equipped with Electric bench, Jane App Clinic software, marketing, reception & mentoring
Patient demand is high – with over 160 visits/week and growing, and the potential for business shares within 2–3 years for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who wants to join the clinic and grow with us.
Location
Our clinic is based in the heart of Kingsthorpe, a lively and well-connected suburb of Northampton. The clinic is located on the prominent Harborough Road, with private on-site staff parking next to Waitrose and Asda, which offers unlimited parking for our patients. The area offers a great mix of residential charm and local amenities—ideal for professionals relocating or commuting from surrounding towns.
