About Us

Atlas Chiropractic and Wellness is India's leading Chiropractic company, and was founded in 2017. Since that time, we've grown to five locations in three large cities, and an internationally trained staff that includes seven licensed Doctors of Chiropractic.

Headed by Dr. Prathap Addageethala, a Canadian and 2012 graduate from New York Chiropractic College (now known as Northeast College of Health Sciences), Atlas is also India's fastest-growing Chiropractic company. We are the first company to expand to a third city and will continue to grow into previously untapped markets including the coastal paradise of Goa.

We are looking for TWO full-time chiropractors for our clinics who are:

Highly competent, teachable, punctual, honest, dependable, and team players.
Must be personable and courteous to our patients, and a skilled communicator.
Enjoys being a self-starter, but also embraces direction and instruction.
MUST be able to adjust patients using DIVERSIFIED technique

The Position

Provide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic visits
Provide high-quality care and advice to each and every patient
Ability to build relationships and educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic or wellness care
Enter progress/SOAP notes into electronic software
Utilize Diversified adjustments, manual soft tissue methods, rehabilitation, Activator, and drop tables
Practice the way YOU want, let us do the branding!
We are looking for a 2 year commitment from successful applicants (we'll reassess the situation upon the 1 year mark)
Our doctors average 15min appointments, slightly longer for new patients (up to 30min)
Patients are typically in the 20-50 year old range, evenly split between male and female, and usually from middle to upper middle class backgrounds, salaried employees
We offer flexible work hours, but we focus on building a patient base for each new chiropractor at least initially (you can expect anywhere from 32-36 hours per week)

Minimum Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from an accredited institution
License to practice
Proficiency in the standard diversified adjustments

Long used as a gateway for the Nizam dynasty, the splendor of the olden day kings still runs strong in the locals view of Hyderabad. It features one of the highest ratio of High Net Worth individuals in all of India, and you'll often see high end vehicles cruising along in traffic. Similar to other larger cities in India, Hyderabad also appreciated a huge shift in its economic base with the boom in the technology sector. It is a city of duality, from the charm of the old city, to the snazzy modernity of the new city.

The Team

Our team there is set up to ensure your success from Day 1. The staff includes a Clinic Manager, a dedicated Front Desk Executive, and a team of Physiotherapists, who are each trained in an array of techniques, including soft tissue therapies, dry needling, rehabilitation exercise, and passive modalities.

We treat our Chiropractors as the center of our clinical team. Our priority is definitely Chiropractic care, but we also offer physiotherapy as a stand alone service, dry needling, Normatec compression therapy, sports massage, as well as mental health counseling, nutritional counseling, fitness coaching, acupuncture, and yoga.

We aim to augment the chiropractic experience with these services, with many cases being co-managed by our other practitioners to provide a 360 approach to patients holistically. Your requirements will be taken into consideration regarding patient flow, intake, equipment, strategy, and can be customized to suit your practice style.

Salary and Benefits

A quick word about the salary - it's not super high to start with - we're aware of this. Truth is, authentic Chiropractic care is not only new to India, but it's also priced higher than most standard healthcare options. For example, our price point for our initial exam is only $36 USD, but that's still 3x more than someone would pay for a consultation with the most experienced specialty medical doctor. The idea of wellness care is still growing, and it's a mentality shift we're focusing on - moving away from pain based care, and shifting towards preventative care.
